Clio Cloud Access Grant Program Expanded for 2022 Clio Cloud Conference

This year, there are more ways for underrepresented legal professionals to access and participate in the largest legal conference in North America

    • The Clio Cloud Access Grant offers grant recipients a complimentary pass to the 2022 Clio Cloud Conference
    • Applicants will have the option to choose from In-Person or Virtual Passes this year
    • 2022 is the third year Clio has made the grant available to legal professionals

Clio, the world’s leading provider of cloud-based legal technology, has expanded its Clio Cloud Access Grant to include In-Person and Virtual passes at the 2022 Clio Cloud Conference. The grant is open to members of underrepresented groups within the legal community, and those without financial means to attend the largest legal conference in North America.

Now in its third year, the Clio Cloud Access Grant has attracted attendees from 42 countries around the world. In 2021, Clio awarded 426 grants. The company hopes to grow that number for the tenth annual conference taking place October 10-11, 2022 in Nashville, Tennessee.

Members of underrepresented groups within the legal community are encouraged to apply for the grant as In-Person or Virtual participants. This includes, but is not limited to; law students or new graduates just starting their careers, legal communities whose members come from minority groups, those who work for nonprofits or educational institutions with limited resources, and those who may not have the means to purchase a pass this year.

“The Clio Cloud Access Grant activates a diverse range of perspectives in our highly-engaged audience, which is directly aligned to our mission to transform the legal experience for all,” said Reagan Attle, Chief Marketing Officer at Clio. “Expanding this program to include In-Person passes was an easy decision. We are highly invested in a conference program that is as varied as the needs of the legal market, and that includes collaboration and conversations with attendees of all backgrounds and experiences.”

Recognized as the most impactful and inspirational conference in the legal industry, attendees can expect powerful keynote presentations, learning sessions and workshops, networking opportunities, one-on-one time with Clio’s product and support teams, epic entertainment, prestigious award presentations, and more.

Applications for the Access Grant are open until September 1, 2022. More information can be found at cliocloudconference.com/access-grant.

Grant recipients will be contacted prior to the conference. Clio will not cover travel or accommodation costs associated with attending the conference in person. However, a discounted stay at this year’s venue, the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center, will be available to applicants, as per availability.
