With over a decade of experience in the legal industry, Nefra understands the pain points that affect law firms, and she uses her expertise to help lawyers streamline processes and run a better business. A graduate of the University of Miami, Nefra is passionate about bringing a practical lens to each one of her presentations, so each attendee leaves with a takeaway that can improve their day-to-day. Joseph O'Donnell

Joe started his career working for a small consulting and training company in his hometown, then moved to New York City to manage IT training and support for a large, international non-profit organization. He later taught technology classes at MTI College in Sacramento, and managed IT training and support for McDonough Holland and Allen, before becoming part of the Terrapin team in 2010. He has strong technical expertise, combined with excellent communication skills. Joe is extremely knowledgeable about technology and how to relate it to people. He holds certifications with CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional: Technology Associate & Application Specialist, Microsoft Certified Trainer Alumni and Worldox. Joe has provided support and training with programs from DocsCorp, iManage, Litera, OpenText, and many others specific to legal practice groups such as real estate, probate and estate planning. Joe is skilled in assisting others learn and use technology both in person, in large groups and virtually.
