Rainmaker is a tool that a lawyer would use in a 90 minute face-to-face meeting with their clients to help identify the risks and opportunities within that client's business. It gives a snapshot of where the client’s business sits, where they want to go and how they can avoid the common pitfalls that can sometimes derail a business. Rainmaker results in an auto-generated report and a plan to deal with the legal issues that the diagnostic has identified, all based on priorities and timelines set by the client.
