How Smith.ai integrates with Clio

When we handle a call or chat for you, Smith.ai automatically syncs call summaries, contact information (name, email, phone number), and call duration/length (if applicable) to Clio. For existing clients, calls are added as communications to open matters (as long as the client only has one matter). If it’s a new client, we automatically create a new contact and add the call or chat to the communications log.
